Hello, I am trying to do the same. My Data Storage Folder is: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files
Inside that "files" folder there is a couple named "tiles" and "tracks", both empty though. I managed to import my Favourites sending them through email and importing them onto the new phone, but I quite like to backup them from the original folder. Thanks.
