I use OsmAnd for navigating by car. In many cases to go from A to B a number of alternative routes (suppose all highways) may be possible. In case I prefer a route along another highway than calculated, in order to change it, I have to add an intermediate waypoint. A waypoint can be added by selecting a favorite, selecting an address or by selecting it on the map. The latter one seems to be the most appropriate but is i.m.h.o. not really handy. If you do not accurately tap on the right lane of the highway you have a problem. Do I overlook something? Is there a better way to let the system calculate a route that passes along a preferred highway?
