It is possible to add "anything" using "quick action" button. Add action > add poi and define everything using "add tag" for the same quick action. You can define all the tags as a quasi preset and use the "Show interim dialog". This allows you to modify the predefined tags. I would set: name=xx (modify or delete) ele=0 (modify or delete) ref=xx (modify or delete) tourist=information information=guidepost hiking=yes (delete) bicycle=yes (delete) horse=yes (delete) This way, you have all the tags prepared and can modify and/or delete the tags for every guidepost you set in Osmand.
