I added "Add GPX Waypoint" as an action, but when I tap on that, it
goes into "Searching for address..." which takes forever and will
always fail (because I'm in the US and address data isn't there,
and even if it was, I'm on a hiking trail and there are no
addresses).

Is there a way to get "Add GPX Waypoint" from the quick action
button not to search for an address? When I add a waypoint the long
way (tap on the current position, wait for the menu to come up,
tap on Actions, tap on Add GPX Waypoint) it doesn't search for
an address.

Also, is there a way to tell OsmAnd not to use mobile data? Testing
"Add GPX Waypoint" just now seems to have used some mobile data,
presumably for the address search. I use OsmAnd mostly as an offline
tool -- I've downloaded all the maps I need (and it does a wonderful
job at that) so I'm not clear why it thinks it has to make a data
connection.
