Speaking just for myself:
IMHO, OSMAnd is rather focused to be a versatile offline
map/navigation/outdoor GPS application
than to be a specialized online car navigation with realtime features like
Google maps or Waze.
As in general, it is not a good idea for versatile products to be as good
as specialized products in their particular features.
So it seems unlikely to me to get TMC in OSMAnd. But devs have the last
word on this.
