I'm afraid the map markers are gone. These are in the hidden (for user not accessible) /data/data directory in a database. Unless you export these (see next), this will be deleted on app uninstall, and on new install, a new (empty) direcory will be created. For the future: You can save the map markers as gpx file. The suggested name is Markers_YYYY_MM_DD in the Osmand/tracks/map markers subdirectory. If you have lot of map markers, OsmAnd will get slower. It is best to save these as gpx file, and open it as needed.
