Thanks. The card is quite recent Kingston and never noticed any message about rejecting and reconnecting. Most of the apps are installed on the card and never have issues...
The non-standard way of moving folders I can't do, not intentionally, I'm not programmer, all I can do is use the tools available and I have not been touching any of the folders for quite some time... The folder can't be renamed, nor deleted, this can now be done only via card reader in pc not on android, tried this already. For android tools the folder is now read-only, which is enough for Osmand to not work. All the structure from //android to /files must be deleted and step by step re-created via built-in file manager, then path in Osmand entered and all re-set.
