Hi Manu EL, if this time you are reading my post, the problem exist, please do the follow steps.
- side by side with your smartphone, check one other smartphone device. If the other works OK then ... 1. hard reset your smartphone 2. or go your device to one samsung authorized repair service if all previous steps fail, then by a new device.
