Once you have checked a road for "avoid", it will always stay visible on the map. If not, the "avoid road" has already been removed.
And otherwise: simply create a route, go into the options (the gear icon). Select "blocked roads" (or whatever it is called in your language), and it will show all roads you have blocked. there you can also enable the road again.
