Hello! Right now OsmAnd doesn't have integrated online routing engines, earlier, we had YOURS and OSRM but we delete them because they use outdated map data. You can use BRouter, but it offline to, you need to download separate BRouter app and download data for needed region. After that, you can create an App profile with BRouter as a Navigation type.
