>From my experience it stays on as long as osmand doesn't loose focus or the power saver is not enabled without a power supply. Osmand looses focus after incoming call and starts to work in a background mode i.e. the screen goes off and lights up only before a maneuver (if you enabled that). This actually can be handy on a long boring motorway ride. You may bring it up by waving a hand above the device (if you enabled the proximity sensor).
