In Settings you have now the application profiles: browse, car, bicyle,
pedestrian and the ones you possibly make yourself.

Each of those profiles has its own "General Setting" for "Map rotation".
You do not mention whether you talk about car, bicycle or pedestrian
navigation but in one of those application profiles (or all) you have to
change it as well.
