You can make derived profiles of the standard profile.
The car profile is using its defaults.
When driving car+caravan or a motorhome/RV, you can adjust the max. speed,
width, height and weight, which can lead to a different and more accurate
ETA or even to other routes, if the roads contains tags for these
parameters.
Another options is for example a "touristic" profile: the standard profile
but without motor ways or toll roads.

One big bummer right now is that it worked fine in 3.5.3. It was expanded
in 3.5.5 and is now completely unusable (see issue #8019
<https://github.com/osmandapp/Osmand/issues/8019>).
It is supposed to be fixed finally in in 3.6, or maybe earlier if it is
simple to fix and to merge in the development tree.
