Thank you so much for that hint regarding the custom routing.xml.

It turned out to be very easy to modify, so I created a routing with only 
boat profile and the specific options (i.e. full height, reduced height 
(layed mast), minimum height - and witdh).
This works very well and is easy to control and change in case of any need.

So basically, bullet 1 is only nice to have (as we know the area and are 
aware of possible height limits)
Bullet 2 is fixed by using a custom profile (where I just added the 
specific values)
