If you don't need search you can go the GPX route and see them on the map
in five minutes. If this isn't what you need, maybe it will help someone
else:

Go to https://overpass-turbo.eu click "Wizard" and type:

(internet_access=wlan and internet_access:fee=no) in Cologne

and hit "Build and run query".

Then click "Export" then "Download/copy as GPX". Copy the resulting file to
OsmAnd's "tracks" folder, start the app and in My Places>Tracks>Tracks
select the file and turn on "Show on map"

After you've done it once, you can get any OSM query showing in OsmAnd in
five minutes with this method! (My favourite Android file manager is
"Ghost Commander" (FOSS), and I use Dukto and Trebleshot for transferring
files between Windows PC and Android - both free, no Ads)
