Hi, >From the searching I've done, it appears as if this question has been asked many time years ago but I'm hoping something has changed in the 7+ years since. I noticed that the OSMAnd app did not have my postcode listed when searching so, thinking that OSM pulls it's data straight from the Open Street Map site, I set up an account and spent an entire day mapping out buildings and adding full addresses and postcodes, tpe, opening hours to every building in my town. I cleared the cached OSMAnd data from my phone and set the app up again, expecting now to be able to search by postcode but still all of the new postcodes I entered are not found. I can see all the new buildings, names, types, etc that I added to OSM website so I know it's pulling the new info but despite assigning postcodes to every building, the postcodes do not show up in the app. Some do but they are a mile or more from the one I'm actually searching for. From that, I assume it is possible to enter postcodes somewhere that the OSMAnd app picks up but I'm clearly missing where if so.
