Hi Nick,

Currently there are some hundred thousand postcodes in the UK OSM data.
My latest POI file contains 1.76.0654 postcodes (so slightly more ;) ) for
the United Kingdom taken from Chris Bells (Doogal) website which contains a
full list of UK postcodes with their lat/lon, including inactive ones. I
strip the inactive ones from the total list and convert them to OsMand POI
format and then into an OBF
