Hi Jon,
OsmAnd has very basic map editing capabilities: you can just add some POI
you may encounter along the way (i.e. a restaurant), it has no capability
at all for what concerns editing existing objects or creating new, complex
ones, as a relation is. So, unfortunately, you need to use a real OSM
editor to manage that.

One thing you can try is to make it announcing POIs along the calculated
route, you can set this in Configure Profile -> Navigation settings ->
Voice prompts.
The Problem is that this way every POI you're approaching will be
announced, restaurants, cafes, shops, drinking water fountains, etc.; it
can become quite messy when driving across an urban area.

If you want a specific announcement for cameras only, I would recommend to
use CamSam: it can run in parallel with OsmAnd and you can also have a
small widget superimposed to the OsmAnd navigation screen (paid version
only).
CamSam is free for fixed cameras, while the paid version will also report
mobiles (BTW, make sure it's legal in your Country to have such
announcements).

Kind regards,
Max
