For a bridge being reconstructed, you should also edit the original OSM
data in the manner described here:
https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/50247/bridge-under-repair
Which will label it on the map as under construction and blocked for
traffic purposes.
Of course, once the construction is finished, undo the tag changes to
"reopen" the bridge in OSM.
As well, if you do this, then OSMAnd /should/ (once the map update
downloads to your app) automatically avoid this bridge when computing
routes, with no need for you to manually exclude it in the app.
