Hello all, I understand that the first I/Q samples received from the RTL contain transients caused by the initialisation of the RTL hardware. I want to remove these transient samples using the Skip Head block and extract only the proper, periodic data.
Is there an optimal number of samples to skip to allow for the initialisation transients or should I continue with a trial and error approach? I'm using an RTL dongle with a Raphael R820T chip. Many thanks Michael
