I'm working on the PLL of the msk demod of the next version of my
acarsdec program, and I see
that the 1800Hz carrier of the received messages have a frequency shift
that is around -15Hz .
It could be an error in my code or a sampling rate inaccuracy.
I effectively could remove the shift by using a sampling rate of 991666
Hz instead of 1Mhz
15Hz over 1800 is 0.8% and it seems to me a lot for a quartz based
oscillator .
What is your experience with sampling rate accuracy of these fun rtl
dongles ?
