Hi Wes,

It shows the agents connected. We are also getting loads of alerts via
emails but unfortunately having nothing on the WUI.

Any more ideas is greatly appreciated.

(theoretically) see your agents listed there.

Try the following commands:

# /var/ossec/bin/list_agents -a

and ...

# /var/ossec/bin/list_agents -c

The first should display all agents that you've added to the
management server, while the second displays currently connected
agents.  What kind of output do you get from these?
