Hi Chris,

It seems that your WUI installation is missing something (probably
permissions). Did you
follow the tutorial from?
http://www.ossec.net/wiki/index.php/OSSECWUI:Install

Make sure to add the www-data user into the ossec group and restart
apache (seems to
be a commonly forgot step).
