Hi Peter,

Which version of ossec are you using? This means that for some reason
the Windows box returned an
unreachable error. Is this still happening frequently? Are you still
receiving events from these agents
and do they look as active on agent_control? Anything on the agent logs?

*and yes, we only need port 1514 (udp) open, nothing else.
