Can you run the following command on the OSSEC Server
iptables -vnL

and show the out put of that command


[r...@ackbar bin]# iptables -vnL
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT 10M packets, 11G bytes)
 pkts bytes target     prot opt in     out     source 
destination

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT 0 packets, 0 bytes)
 pkts bytes target     prot opt in     out     source 
destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT 5591K packets, 2336M bytes)
 pkts bytes target     prot opt in     out     source 
destination
