Hi,
I have configured OSSEC server to send alerts through smtp to my email. I
had a use case to create a file in /usr and verified. However I am not
receiving any of those alerts, and wanted to troubleshoot. Is there a log
file to check whether an alert was reported during this change?
This is the entries in ossec.conf. Anything missing here?
<email_notification>yes</email_notification>
<!-- smtp_server>smtp.server.com</smtp_server -->
<email_to>[email protected]</email_to>
<email_from>[email protected]</email_from>
<email_maxperhour>10</email_maxperhour>
</global>
