The MIPT notes zero deaths that year from terrorism; and START, seven." It is pretty clear that article does make its point. There is a rise in terrorism only if you change the definition. The administration seems to define 'terrorism' as 'any act of violence perpetrated by a moslem except when that act is approved of by the US'.
