that MAY be true -
we don't know - as it's hypothetical

but what is being reported is that the boat was attacked in  
international waters
those reports may change (or perhaps, have already changed - I haven't  
read any more news on the subject)


Israel should have
a) waited until the boat entered their territory
b) assessed with as much accuracy as possible that the boat was a  
threat before taking action

        * Sure - some will argue that even if the boat were bringing medical  
supplies, Israel has the right to sink it

if there's a debate about what defines "international waters" - then  
let's hope that debate is brought out in the media
