Nope. One crime at a time, starting with a nice clear case
with a good level of evidence. They can get to the others later if
they have time.
Just because other people clearly committed the same crime,
doesn't mean you get to get out of your speeding ticket just because
all those other people weren't unlucky enough to drive past the cop
with the radar gun (or did it when he was busy writing you a ticket).
