I don't - and we're not even mostly a SQL Server shop (WoW is *not* running on top of SQL Server, as you might imagine)... but the particular app I'm responsible for (actually, I'm killing it off - but in the meantime I'm stuck supporting and cleaning it up) was deployed on SQL Server.
