Dear All,
I tried to reproduce the Classification example given by this tutorial
http://www.jordiinglada.net/stok/FOSTIT/cours-fr.pdf with the addition of
another feature:
otbcli_TrainImagesClassifier -io.il
./Images_OTB/ex3_classif_pixel/melbourne_ms_toa_ortho_extract_small.tif
feature-selection.tif -io.vd ./Images_OTB/ex3_classif_pixel/training.shp
./Images_OTB/ex3_classif_pixel/training.shp -sample.vfn Class
-classifier libsvm -io.out Classification/Model/model.libsvm
but it didint work and i got this Confusion matrix :
[1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
[ 1] 0 0 0 0 1078
[ 2] 0 0 0 0 1113
[ 3] 0 0 0 0 1047
[ 4] 0 0 0 0 1050
[ 5] 0 0 0 0 1035
However, it work perfectly when i inverse the order of the input images
list !!!!
otbcli_TrainImagesClassifier -io.il feature-selection.tif
./Images_OTB/ex3_classif_pixel/melbourne_ms_toa_ortho_extract_small.tif
-io.vd ./Images_OTB/ex3_classif_pixel/training.shp
./Images_OTB/ex3_classif_pixel/training.shp -sample.vfn Class -classifier
libsvm -io.out Classification/Model/model.libsvm
i got this matrix
[1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
[ 1] 1001 0 16 27 11
[ 2] 0 1049 0 0 0
[ 3] 17 0 1028 5 2
[ 4] 18 0 26 1024 0
[ 5] 12 0 11 20 1006
