Hi,
Images and their correspondind training vector data must be input in the
exact same order. Is it the case for you ?

However, it work perfectly when i inverse the order of the input
images list !!!!

i got this matrix

[ 1] 1001 0 16 27 11
[ 2] 0 1049 0 0 0

[ 5] 12 0 11 20 1006
