Hi Cédric, This is very interesting. I guess you could write a post for the OTB blog (Manuel or Julien should approve first, of course). About the remaining steps for which you are using ArcGIS: - I don't know if you have evaluated ogr2ogr or even PostGIS for the vector filtering. - The vectorization of the classification can be done using OTB's segmentation application, I think. In any case, I think that the OTB team can be very proud seeing this kind of use of the software. Thank you for reporting.
