It seems that they cannot be executed in the shell or cmd,they indicates " 'otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine.exe' is not internal or external command,is not runnable program or bat either and " 'otbgui' is not internal or external command, is not runnable program or bat. thank you for your selfish help.
