First of all I dont understand this language and cannot translate it.
second of all i cannot get the directory contents from what you send a
screenshot. can you list the contents into a file and send it?

Also if you have only OTB_WRAP_QT=ON then only otbApplicationLauncherQt.exe
is created and so as otbgui.bat. and try from OSGeo4W shell
