Hi, if you subset your original image using OTB (for instance with the ExtractROI application) it will create by default an ascii file with the extension .geom. This file contains metadata info required to perform orthorectification or optical calibration.
You also create this .geom file with the original product and the ReadImageInfo application. Do you have this .geom file with your subset?
