Here is a bash script that build and install opencv. http://hg.orfeo-toolbox.org/OTB-DevUtils/file/6e86ed5a690f/Scripts/build_opencv_trunk.sh and here is the cmake/ctest script to build OTB using opencv installed from the first script http://hg.orfeo-toolbox.org/OTB-DevUtils/file/6e86ed5a690f/Config/pc-christophe/pc-christophe-OTB-Nightly-clang.cmake There is nothing specific related to OpenCV other than OpenCV_DIR= for against the name of script you can also build release version.
