Hi Walid,
I suspect a problem already seen in other cases : the class
itk::UnaryFunctorImageFilter provided by ITK is used to compute the
radiometric indices. It has been patched in OTB so that the filter
copies projection information to the output. In some cases, the wrong
source file is used.
Could you details your setup :
- which version of OTB ?
- compiled from sources ?
