I could reproduce the same bug when building an external project using
OTB 4.2. Was it also your case ?
What application did you try ?
I have opened a bug report on this :

You can track the updates on this bug. It is under progress.
In the meantime, I can propose you a small workaround :
- locate in your OTB sources the file "itkUnaryFunctorImageFilter.h"
- you should get 2 matches : one in ITKPendingPatches, the other in
ITK/Modules/Core/Common/include
- try to hide the one in ITK/Modules/Core/Common/include (by renaming
it) so that only the patched version is seen at compilation.
