Dear Rashad, would you know which ".h" headers shall I use with the minGW binaries? For instance, when trying to build the HelloWorld project I had a problem with "itkConfigure.h". I was using the ".h" of the source code (i.e. folder OTB-4.2.0), but for this file I have found a "itkConfigure.h.in" which I cannot employed directly.
