Dear OTB users:

I wanted to use OTB through command line access in my Windows PC.

So, I downloaded the following file and extracted it:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/orfeo-toolbox/files/OTB/OTB-4.2.1/OTB-4.2.1-Windows-MinGW64.zip/download

But, when I enter the following command in the windows command prompt:

"C:\Users\ml\Downloads\OTB-4.2.1-Windows-MinGW64\OTB-mingw32\bin\otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine.exe"

otbcli_MeanShiftSmoothing

The ERROR is no module found.., no loaded application...

Please help me what should I do to have the command line access to OTB.

Maybe, I did not the suitable file from here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/orfeo-toolbox/files/?source=navbar

I hope someone can help me.
Your quick response is highly appreciated.

Thanks in the advance,

Artur
