Windows Command Line: 'not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file Actually there is no file in the directory: "C:\Users\ml\Downloads\OTB-4.2.1-Windows-MinGW64\OTB-mingw32\bin\otbcli_MeanShiftSmoothing" But there is: "C:\Users\ml\Downloads\OTB-4.2.1-Windows-MinGW64\OTB-mingw32\lib\otb\applications\otbapp_MeanShiftSmoothing.dll" I tried above too, but received the following error: The file does not have a program associated with this.., please install a program or... I hope you can help me.
