The otbProjection of the input image (MOD13Q1 product) is instanciated with
errors, which explain why reprojection fails.
Why is the projection so bad? Apparently this comes from the fact that the
datum is unknown by OSSIM (See this topic
<https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#%21topic/otb-users/RuCoBV0ZWl8>).

Indeed, ossim-info fails to find that the datum is custom with a
zero-valued flattening parameter (ossim-info prints that major-axis is not
equal to minor-axis, that's wrong).

So the problem described in this topic seems to be 100% related to OSSIM
(By the way proj4 does not seems to be related to this issue becaus
GDAL/OGR have no problem to deal with the MOD13Q1 custom projection wkt)

If I have the time I will try to find something to fix this.
(If someone has knowledge to share here about OSSIM
templates/factories/geometry files, it could be nice!)

Cheers,

Rémi
