We generate and publish nightly DMG packages at [1]: could you please
test if this new package solve the problem.
It is a nightly package so some other issues can appear but normally it
should correct the problem of SQlite packaging.

the CMake configuration of Monteverdi2. I have pushed it in the
Mercurial repository (http://hg.orfeo-toolbox.org/Monteverdi2/). So,

Fix up the install names to be relative to application's
bundled resources

$ install_name_tool -change
/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/QtSql.framework/Versions/4/QtSql

$ install_name_tool -change
/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/QtCore.framework/Versions/4/QtCore

When done, it should look like:

Launch Monteverdi2-0.8.app and it should work (works for me).
If it had previously failed due to the driver issue above, you
will need to clear out your cache directory and try again (as
noted by Stéphane earlier in this thread).
So, there just needs to be a fix in the CMake bundling script
for Mac.
