I still have the problem even after modifying the geotransform to have only
positive values for the pixel sizes. I've checked that the two images have
exactly the same number of row and column, and that the origins are exactly
the same. Furthermore, it works with some images but not for all images
(size does not seem to explain why). Any idea or test that I could try is
welcome.
