Please install with the standalone installer, QGIS packages OTB now for
windows.

I installed Qgis using OSGeo4W 64 bit version in Windows 8. Qgis
installed properly and I see that Orfeo is also installed on the
machine. But I cannot figure out how to add the otb toolbox in Qgis.
