Hi Hristo,
can you try to set the parameter "Number of neurons in each intermediate
layers" with a string containing the list of neurons number.
I've tried this value on my side:
"50 50 50 50" (I need to double quote the value as this parameter is
interpreted as a string)
and the training completed. I do not know in QGIS processing how to have
access to the log of the command line performed but it should have
trained a neural network with 6 layers (4 intermediate layers with 50
neurons in each).
