Hi Hristo,
just to clarify my previous answer. The proposed solution does not
require command line version of ORFEO.
I've tested it with QGIS, using OTB integrated in QGIS processing GUI
(version 2.8 with OTB version 5.0).
You should be able to reproduce the solution on your side.

Dear Manuel,
Thank you for your reply.
I'm sure this work for you.
I guess you use command line version of Orfeo.
Unfortunately I can not use it by now. So I have to
reinstall the whole OSGEO4W but I have to finish my wok
so this will be postponed for a while.
Regards.
Hristo

Hi Hristo,
can you try to set the parameter "Number of neurons in each
intermediate
layers" with a string containing the list of neurons number.
I've tried this value on my side:
"50 50 50 50" (I need to double quote the value as this parameter is
interpreted as a string)
and the training completed. I do not know in QGIS processing how to
have
access to the log of the command line performed but it should have
trained a neural network with 6 layers (4 intermediate layers with 50
neurons in each).
