     Thank you very much for your reply. Actually,  I try to install OTB 
using superbuild firstly, and everything goes well before compiling and 
install step. 
     I use VS 2010 to open the OTB-SuperBuild.sln file in OTB_BINARY_DIR 
directory, after compiling, I got bunch of errors. I have no idea about 
that. So I have to switch to build OTB under windows. But it seems doesn't 
work, either. 
     so, is it right to use VS 2010 to open the OTB-SuperBuild.sln file to 
compile and install ?  why I got so many errors? How I can deal with these 
errors?

     Thank you again for your reply. and I would be very grateful, if you 
can give me further help.
