Hi there, QGIS orthorectification doesn't take into consideration the DSM parameter, just the mean elevation parameter. The only way to take a DSM into consideration is make use of otbcli, otbgui or Monteverdi.
Talking about Monteverdi, otbgui and otbcli. I'm able to use the DSM to make orthorectifications, but only using the whole scene. If I in my parameters I make the output smaller than the input, the DSM is not taken into consideration. I don't know why...
